标准简介：This part of ISO 14822 addresses the passive DSRC issues associated with Medium Range Pre-Information
(MRPI) as applied to Traffic and Travel Information (TTI) issued from an information service provider to a
suitably equipped moving vehicle.

ISO 15628.
