标准简介：This Recommendation describes the service requirements and functional framework architecture for support of IPTV servicesto provide enhanced broadcasting, where broadcast programmes are delivered over existing cable-based secondary distribution networks composed of HFC or FTTx with some enhancements by applications and/or services provided over IP-enabled networks. It addresses the service requirements, use cases and functional components required to support these requirements. Where possible, this Recommendation utilizes the material already developed, or under development, in ITU-T Recommendations related to video service delivery over secondary networks.
