标准简介：This Recommendation provides the protocol for Generic Addressing and Transport (GAT) GAT is aprotocol for exchanging Application Protocol Data Units (APDUs) between service provision points that may be located within the same network, between networks, or between a terminal and a network. This Recommendation also provides a common framework for the use of ROSE or for the support of other application dependent content (e.g. in the IN environment) and interpretation capabilities in conjunction with the GAT protocol.
